Our Smooth Calfskin has been double tanned and soaked in a mixture of oils offering an effortlessly smooth and supple leather. With every minute detail considered during the process, this collection wears exceptionally well with just about any watch.

All purchases have the option to include gift wrapping at checkout. When selected, your package will be individually wrapped in signature GRAEL wrapping, along with a hand-written, personalised message from you.

Shipping

We offer free express shipping on all Australian domestic orders.

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch, and a further 1-2 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

An important update regarding deliveries to Western Australia

The current extreme weather and flooding have caused significant damage and closure of rail lines and major roads. Given the current situation, the last date to place an order for Christmas deliveries is 7 December 2022

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method, or exchange (if applicable). Item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn and returned with all original packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
